Northside acquires 3 Gwinnett urgent care centers; one in Buford - Gainesville Times

Northside Hospital has acquired ChoiceOne Urgent Care of Gwinnett and will partner with the Nashville-based Urgent Care Group to manage three locations, including one in Buford.

Over the next several months, the facilities will be rebranded as HealthChoice Urgent Care.

Fresenius Medical Care, which owns ChoiceOne, is leaving the urgent care business. ChoiceOne previously with the Gwinnett Medical Center, which merged with Northside last year.

The locations are: 

• Hamilton Mill

Buford, Georgia 30519

• Sugar Hill

5910 Suwanee Dam Road, Suite 100

Sugar Hill, Georgia 30518

2745 Loganville Highway

Loganville, Georgia 30052
