BLUEFIELD, W.Va (WVVA) - K-9 Thor, with the Bluefield, West Virginia Police Dept., has a message for area kids: "wearing is caring." Thor is demonstrating how to properly wear a mask.
On Friday, the Bluefield, West Virginia Police Dept. posted on its Facebook page several pictures of Thor demonstrating how to properly wear a mask and also the wrong way to wear a mask.
In the collage of photos, Thor demonstrates that your mask needs to cover your nose and mouth and that you shouldn't wear your mask on your head or under your chin. K-9 Thor is also reminding everyone to wash your hands (or paws).
The post says "a healthy Bluefield starts with you. Help stop the spread (of COVID-19) by correctly wearing a face covering in public."
